4 Leaf is excited to announce the promotion of Matt Brewster as our new Director of Strength & Conditioning!

Brewster, a Merrimack NH native, grew up playing both lacrosse and hockey. He was a 4 year varsity letterman at Merrimack High School and received All-American Honors, also playing lacrosse in the US club circuit for FCA's National High School team, alongside some of the best players in the country.

After high school, Matt attended and played lacrosse at Sacred Heart University, as the first lacrosse player to play Division I from Merrimack High School.

He transferred to Franklin Pierce University to finish his collegiate career, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Matt was certified by the ISSA as a personal trainer, focusing on strength and conditioning.

Coach Brewster has been on the 4 Leaf staff for the past four years, most recently coaching our 2023 Army team, running clinics, and doing one-on-one training with our athletes.

As the Director of Strength & Conditioning, Coach Brewster will be focused on the creation of on- and off-field strength & conditioning programs. The emphasis of his position is to train our athletes to help them become faster and stronger players, as well as reduce injury and increase endurance.

Coach Brewster has established a series of training sessions, the details of which are below. Please reach out to him directly (matt@4leaflax.org) with any questions or to begin your training.

4 Leaf intends to incorporate more team-based and program training as we proceed through the spring, summer, and beyond.
