By 4 Leaf Lacrosse, 09/10/20, 10:30AM EDT

4 Leaf Maine - Fall 2020 Outdoor League

4 Leaf Lacrosse Maine is offering a small field outdoor lacrosse league this fall.  Players need to keep their skills sharp and stay in shape as we head into the fall.

  • Grades 9-12 - Grad Years 2021-2024
  • Monday Nights - Game Times between 7-8:30
  • September 21st - October 26th
  • Cost $125
  • Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland

This league will be played 2-3-2 style across the field, to maximize touches and encourage fast play.   This is a great way to prepare for fall travel tournaments and prospect days.

Players will be grouped by grade and ability, and teams will have 45 minutes of game time, and we will play as many games as possible in that time frame.

Goalies play for free! Please e-mail to find out how to secure your spot.

Covid Guidelines

All of our events are held under the guidance of our Maine MAINE COVID-19 GUIDELINES. Please read all of the guidelines on that page, including the specific points below:

Guidelines include:

  • Players should not leave their cars and enter the turf area until 10 minutes before their scheduled session
  • Any athlete, parent, or coach who experiences illness, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend our events.
  • Athletes or staff who traveled via public transportation, who had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or who traveled internationally should not attend our events for 14 days.
  • Coaches and staff will keep a 6-foot distance from parents and athletes, and wear masks in situations where that is not possible.
  • There will be no high-fives, handshakes, or huddles.
  • Athletes should arrive at the field fully dressed, or get their equipment on at their vehicle. BAGS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE COMPLEX.
  • Athletes should not touch each other's equipment, sticks, water bottles, etc.
  • Athletes should not pick up balls with bare hands.
  • Athletes must bring their own water, and should not share water bottles. Water bottles MUST be reusable and water/sports drinks brought from home. DO NOT bring one-time-use water/sports drinks bottles to the field (Dasani, Gatorade, etc).
  • Parents are asked to keep socially distant from each other, from the athletes, and from coaches while attending our activities. Watching from vehicles, if possible, is encouraged. We do not want large crowds of parents/spectators around the perimeter of the playing surface.
