What: Our wildly popular 4 Leaf Academy training is back! Featuring coaches from D1, 2, and 3 schools, former National Champions, National Team Members, and MLL players, we've assembled an all-star cast of coaches, making this training opportunity one of the best in the area.
Athletes will be broken up into four disciplines: goalies, faceoffs, shooting/dodging, and defense. This position-specific approach allows our coaches to focus on the core fundamentals of the position, and ensure your athlete makes significant strides in their development over the six weeks.

Box lacrosse has always been a part of the 4 Leaf DNA. Played in small indoor spaces, 5v5, with short sticks and PLENTY of touches, box lacrosse enhances the field game by forcing physicality and fast decision-making. Year after year, we see that the kids who play box lacrosse over the winter show up to spring practices and summer tryouts in mid-season form, with stick skills far surpassing what they had the previous fall.
What: We're excited to offer our youth box lacrosse program at Fieldhouse Sports in Bow, NH. Each session will feature 30 minutes of box skills & drills and 30 minutes of gameplay. There are no tryouts required to sign up for this, and no prior box lacrosse experience is necessary.
Who: Boys YOG 2025-2031
Where: Fieldhouse Sports, Tallwood Drive, Bow NH
When: We will be running two sessions of box lacrosse this winter.
Session 1 - Sundays Nov 22, 29, Dec 6, 13, 20
Session 2 - Sundays Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14
Sessions will run Sunday late morning or midday. Specific times each week will be shown on the 4 Leaf calendar. Registered athletes will be able to see the time in the SportsEngine mobile app.
The more you register for, the cheaper the cost!
Session 1 (5 weeks) - $125 ($25 per session)
Session 2 (6 weeks) - $150 ($25 per session)
Register for both sessions at the same time for $225 ($20 per session and a $50 savings over registering for each session individually)
We will also offer a drop-in rate for athletes who cannot commit to the full sessions. Drop-in cost will be $35, payable by card upon entry to the facility. ATHLETES WHO INTEND TO USE THE DROP-IN OPTION MUST STILL REGISTER FOR LIABILITY AND COMMUNICATION PURPOSES. If you elect the drop-in option, you will not be charged during the registration.
What: In our effort to continue to help each athlete develop, we will be offering a combination of our 3v3 League and Skills. A portion of each session will have a skills academy built in so players can work on positional development. Then, using our 3v3 league, athletes will be able to play small sided games, allowing them to incorporate technical and tactical skills, while getting a lot of touches! We will be using box goalies and all athletes will use short sticks.
We will follow a "pick up" model, where each week athletes will be on different teams, allowing them to compete against, and play with different players. This has been a popular league the last few winters and we believe the shortened field, in conjunction with fewer players on the field at once, allows for optimum performance and engagement.
For our field goalies, you are welcome to play as a field player during this league, or you can register for our goalie training on Sundays, which is the same cost as the league. Here is the link for goalies to register:https://4leaflax.sportngin.com/register/form/761850236 .
